Azur Byron Bay

The yogurts and muesli were a bonus to have in the morning. The bed was comfortable and I felt very safe at the property. The pool area was a bonus and it was so nice to have my own space and balcony to catch up with some friends of mine in Byron. Loved the place. Hoping to stay again. Staff were excellent and informed me of a problem in the Wreck Room- Light switch for the shower area was very hard to flip the switch on. It also made a rattling noise in the shower. I was informed that it had been lodged to be fixed and they were waiting on the electrician. Although it did not get fixed whilst staying their - it really was a minor issue. As a customer I appreciated the honesty.

In a great location, only a 5 minute walk into the town and beach. Bed is so comfortable, room spacious and very clean. Has iron which is very handy and fridge for water and snacks. Communal kitchen on site which is great including a BBQ. Pool nice and clean.

From beginning to end, I enjoyed my stay at Azur. Check in was super easy especially since I didn't have to hunt down where the check in area was - they left my key in the room along with a note welcoming me and providing good information. Prior to my arrival, Azur contacted me and gave me CLEAR instructions on what to do when I got there in terms of parking and getting my keys. They used WhatsApp which was very helpful since my messages from places I book on Booking.com appear to be on American time vs Australia time so I don't always get the information I need before I arrive to where I am staying. I liked the onsite parking so I didn't have to worry about my car sitting out on the main road. The room was beautiful! It would be an ideal location for a couple enjoying a getaway, but I enjoyed it as a solo traveler, too. The room itself was welcoming, the outdoor space was lovely, and the nearby pool was very inviting although I didn't take advantage of it. The towels were huge and the walk in shower was a plus. The bed was super comfortable. I greatly enjoyed leaving my windows open and using the ceiling fan, too. There is a community kitchen just across the way that had everything I needed. There's no beach view, but I would still very highly rate this location as a cozy getaway space.

Great little one bed apartment for travelling with my baby - I could put him to sleep in the bedroom and had the lounge area to relax in which was great.

This was a fantastic place to stay for our group of 13! We celebrated my sisters 50th and the staff were amazing and very helpful. Clancy went over and beyond to help us make it a special time ! She helped us organize gift boxes etc and nothing was too much. The villas are beautiful and to also have the house was a great meeting place for breakfast and getting together for drinks and nibbles in the garden area. It’s an amazing property within walking to distance to the main centre. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
